These fees are representative of our typical fees charged however Express Properties remain very competitively priced therefore all listed fees are subject to negotiation.

Initial Set Up Fee: £175 + VAT

Full Management : 12% + VAT
Let Only (Tenant Find): 1 calendar month’s rent + VAT subject to a minimum of £500 + VAT
Rent Collection: 10% + VAT
Additional non- optional fees and charges (irrespective of level of service) below:
Renewal fixed term Tenancy Agreement – £120 + VAT (review of rent in accordance with current prevailing market conditions and advise landlord, contract negotiation , amending and updating terms and arranging new updated tenancy agreement).
Periodic tenancy arrangement – £120 + VAT
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) – £60 + VAT
Tenant referencing (per tenant) – £150 + VAT
tenant right to rent checks (per tenant/ occupier) – £10 + vat
Deposits – registering deposits with relevant dps scheme – chargeable every 12 months – £45 + VAT
repairs (full management only). when the net costs exceeds £750.00 + VAT and estimate is necessary – based on total net invoice of works. – 10% + VAT
